Tatjana Dujmic, M.D. Ph.D.
"As a parent I believe managing personal and professional life is crucial for well being and success of our children. In this busy life it can sometimes be hard to achieve these goals. I agree with Wendy Mass, writer of children novels" Every soul a star".
Dr. Dujmic grew up in Croatia, a small Mediterranian country known for its natural beauty and 1000 islands. This beauty was devastated by the war that plagued the country for four years. During that time Dr Dujmic worked as an intern at the surgical hospital floor. This was a time of hardship and yet time of gaining strength from providing support to many families who lost their loved ones. This is the time she realized that she wants to become a psychiatrist and provide healing through comfort and therapy for her patients.
